Weddings
Three acts.
One very good night.
Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception — planned like a show, run like a party. We handle the timeline, the mics, the entrances and that ten-minute stretch where nobody knows what happens next. You just get married.
The night, in three acts
Every part sounds different. On purpose.
Ceremony
Prelude as guests are seated, processional cues you choose, a lapel mic on the officiant and a discreet mic on the vows so the back row hears every word. Wind on the coast, echo in a chapel, a garden with no power — we plan for the venue you actually picked.
Cocktail hour
Our favorite hour. Warm, unhurried, a little soulful, and pitched so people can talk without leaning in. Separate sound system on the patio while the room flips, so there is never a silent gap.
Reception
Grand entrance, first dance, toasts, dinner, then a floor that fills on the first song and stays full. We MC with warmth and restraint — announcements, not a comedy set — and we close the night on the song you have been picturing for a year.
Included

Where we play
Loaded in by 3pm. Anywhere from the ocean to the Sierra.
We are based in San Francisco and we tour our own backyard: the Peninsula, the East Bay, the South Bay, wine country, the coast, and up the hill to Tahoe and Reno. If your venue is new to us, we call them, we get the load-in rules, and we show up early anyway.
Tell us where it is- San Francisco & the Peninsula — hotels, lofts, rooftops, city halls, backyards in Burlingame.
- Oakland & the East Bay — warehouses, breweries, waterfront venues, school gyms.
- Santa Clara & San Jose — campus quads, convention halls, all-hands and after-parties.
- Napa, Sonoma & wine country — estate weddings and long, golden cocktail hours.
- Monterey, Carmel & Santa Cruz — coastal ceremonies and wind we plan around.
- Lake Tahoe & Reno — mountain weddings, offsites, and altitude-proof gear.
Word of mouth
People book us twice. Then they tell their friends.
“Our vows were heard by every single guest, including my grandmother in the last row. I still get told about it.”
“The floor never emptied. Not once. Our photographer said it was the best-run reception she had shot all year.”
“They handled a surprise toast, a rain plan and my uncle’s song request with the same calm face.”
FAQ
Questions we get a lot
Do you MC as well as DJ?
Yes, and it is included. We keep announcements warm, short and clear — your names pronounced correctly, your family honored properly, and no bit that makes anyone wince.
Can you cover a ceremony in a different spot from the reception?
That is the standard setup. We bring a second, separate system for the ceremony and cocktail area so there is no scramble between locations.
What if our must-play list is very specific — or very long?
Bring it. We will play what you love, tell you honestly which songs tend to clear a floor, and always follow your call in the end.
Do you travel to Napa, Sonoma, Monterey and Tahoe weddings?
Every season. Travel is quoted as a flat fee up front, and for mountain and coastal venues we arrive with backup power and weather contingencies already planned.
How much do you cost?
Wedding packages depend on hours, locations and lighting. Send your date and venue and you will have a real number — not a range — within one business day.
Is your date still open?
Peak Saturdays in wine country book early. Send us the date and we will tell you straight away, then walk you through what the night could look like.
