Corporate & brand

Your brand, but make it
a party people stay at.

Marketing events, holiday parties, brand activations, all-hands and conference after-parties. We handle the run-of-show, the mic, the music and the room so your team can be guests at their own event.

What we do

Three kinds of corporate rooms. All of them ours.

Marketing events

Launches, mixers & press nights

Arrival energy that makes a half-full room feel packed, a volume curve tuned for actual conversation, and a clean handoff every time someone steps up to speak. We cue your sizzle reel, mind the mic, and keep the brand playlist on brand.

Holiday parties

The December party of record

Dinner sets that let people hear each other, an awards segment that runs on time, then a peak hour that gets Finance on the floor. Multi-generation crowds are our specialty and everyone hears one song they love in the first twenty minutes.

Activations

Brand moments & pop-ups

Booth takeovers, retail openings, sponsor lounges and conference after-parties. Custom-curated sound that matches your brand guidelines, plus lighting that makes the photo wall look like it cost more than it did.

Included

Everything the AV quote forgot.

Standard on every corporate booking, not upsold in week three.

Request a corporate quote
  • DJ + MC for the full call time, with a written run-of-show we build with your producer.
  • Professional sound sized to the room, from a 40-person lounge to a 600-person ballroom.
  • Wireless mics for speeches, awards and the exec who decides to speak at the last minute.
  • Dance floor and ambient lighting, plus uplighting in your brand colors on request.
  • Backup everything — second laptop, spare mixer, redundant music library, offline copies.
  • Vendor paperwork — W-9, COI, net terms and invoicing your AP department will approve.

Run of show

How a corporate night actually flows.

Arrival & reception

Doors open to music already going. Warm, current, low enough to talk over. Nobody walks into an empty-sounding room.

Program & speeches

Mics tested and staged, walk-on music cued, timing kept tight. Your CEO gets applause, not feedback.

Dinner & mingling

Volume drops, groove stays. This is where we quietly test what this specific crowd reacts to.

Peak hour

Lights down, floor open, and the set built from what we learned during dinner. This is the part they post.

Last call & load-out

A clean close on schedule, then a quiet, fast strike so the venue loves you back.

Word of mouth

People book us twice. Then they tell their friends.

“We hired them for a product launch and rebooked them for the holiday party before the launch ended.”

Head of BrandTech launch, SoMa

“They read our very corporate, very shy crowd and had them dancing by 8:15. I have never seen it happen faster.”

“Invoicing, COI, W-9 were all in before I asked. Do you know how rare that is?”

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Can you work with our AV team or venue’s in-house production?

Yes, and we prefer to. We will get on the call, split the channel list, and agree who owns which mic before load-in day.

Do you offer custom-branded music or playlists?

We build a brand-appropriate library for you in advance, cleared of anything off-message, and we will honor a do-not-play list with no fuss.

What about billing, POs and net terms?

We invoice through standard PO and net-30 processes and can be onboarded as a vendor before the deposit. Send us the portal link and we will fill out the forms.

Can you handle a multi-room or multi-day program?

Regularly, for example a general session in the morning, breakouts in the afternoon, after-party at night. We staff each room with its own operator and one lead who owns the whole schedule.

Have a date, a venue and a budget to protect?

Send the brief. We will come back with a quote, a staffing plan and a run-of-show you can forward straight to your VP.
